What we collect

Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. Usage data: the briefs, prompts, and assets you submit, and the videos you generate, together with render counts used for plan metering. Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer reference and your current plan, never card numbers. Technical data: standard request logs (IP address, timestamps) used for security and rate-limiting.

How we use it

To operate the Service (generate and deliver your videos), to enforce plan limits, to process payments, to secure the Service against abuse, and to communicate with you about your account.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors that run the Service: Stripe (payments), our cloud rendering and storage infrastructure, our database/cache provider, and the AI model providers that generate your video and audio. Each processes data on our behalf to deliver the Service.

Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active. Rendered outputs are stored only transiently to deliver them to you. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We do not sell your personal data.

Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions are signed and transmitted over HTTPS with secure cookies, and access to rendered content is restricted to its owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
